STUDENT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY - PHASE I

With the ground breaking ceremonies on March 30th, 2005, construction began at the corner of Second Street and Fifth Avenue South for first residence hall at USFSP.  Slated to open Fall 2006, the seven-story building will offer students apartment-style living right on campus.

There will be 79 four-bedroom single occupancy and 7 two-bedroom double occupancy apartments.  One resident director apartment would be located on the ground level and one single resident advisor apartment would be located on each floor of the building.

There will be a lobby and meeting areas on the ground level with a catering kitchen serving these areas and the courtyard patio.  A lounge and laundry facility will be located on every floor for the convenience of the residents.
