Standards of Discipline - Standards for disciplinary actions

USFSP Office of the Ombudsman - This office promotes a positive community and collegial relationships and act as the primary liaison between USF SP and University Audit and Compliance.

University Regulations  - Statements that guide the conduct or action of constituents or the public, adopted by the university boards of trustees, that implements the University's powers and duties.

Counseling Center at USF SP - Short-term counseling to assist with a variety of personal-related problems.

Ethics Point - EthicsPoint is an anonymous hotline to provide you with a simple, anonymous way to confidentially report activities that may involve certain improper conduct or violations of USF Policies. You may file a report by calling toll-free 1-866-974-U411. USF asserts that reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discretely.

USF St. Petersburg Standards of Service - The USF System employs Standards of Service. Staff evaluations include meeting the Standards of Service as an expection. Quality service is expected for all customers, both internal and external.

FMLA - Family and Medical Leave Act - Link that provides you access to the University procedure and Federal Law.

Grievances - A grievance is filed when an employee believes that a term or condition of employment is unfair or a University rule has been wrongfully applied or there is a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of a specific provision within the collective bargaining agreement (only for contract grievances).   Please review the grievance procedure of the grievance type you wish to file to ensure that your concern falls within its purview.   Please note the specific timeframes for which you must file.
