Finance concerns how individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and governments raise money, and how those resources are allocated among competing investment and consumption opportunities. Students of Finance gain an understanding of the roles played by financial markets and institutions as well as by government agencies in the movement of savings and investment capital from suppliers to users.
Students studying Finance learn to identify and solve problems in the field of finance within the ever changing domestic and global business environments.
