Outcomes Assessment Process The Division of Student Affairs at USF St. Petersburg identifies expected outcomes for its programs, assesses whether the outcomes are achieved and provides evidence of improvement based on analysis of those results. Staff from each area develop yearly measures and administer assessments to identify how services can be improved. In addition, each program identifies service improvements made during the year in response to staff identified needs, student suggestions, professional standards, strategic goals and administrative opportunities. Links to the plans, reports and annual service improvement summaries can be found below. The Assessment Plan includes departmental goals, measurements, and criteria of success for the current year. The Assessment Report contains end of the year reports documenting results (outcome of the goals) and the use of the results. The Annual Service Improvement Reports summarizes the yearly departmental actions to improve services.
