Reinstatement of Admission A graduate student who has not been in attendance for at least one semester during the past 12 months must reapply for admission by contacting the Graduate Program Director of his/her original degree-seeking program. Requests for reapplication must be received no later than the program's admission deadline date. See Graduate Programs. The University Admissions Criteria also govern reapplication requests. See Admissions Criteria. Students requesting reapplication must submit a new online application and application fee and follow up with contact to the Office of Graduate Admissions to inform them that the application is a reapply versus a new application. Transcripts and test scores on file can be used - additional copies are not necessary. The reapply policy does not apply to inactive students wishing to enroll in a program other than the original admitting program. These students must submit an application to the new program. Transcripts of any work completed while not attending USF may be required.
