Renew and rejuvenate with a stimulating Hatha yoga experience, which incorporates a less strenuous workout, and is tailored to fit the needs of the class. A variety of breathing exercises and postures (asanas) teach poise, balance and strength to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind. Appropriate for all fitness levels. |
