AIGA St. Petersburg

This is fun and exiting group that has an avid desire to constantly grow as designers and become cultured through the study of fine arts and graphic design.

 
Anthropology Club at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg

The primary purpose of the organization shall be to stimulate the members interests in the fields of Anthropology, to promote the members interests in the fields pertaining to Anthropology as a profession and to be of service to the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and the community.

   
Barbeque Club  

The Barbeque Club will gather members of the University of South Florida student body who enjoy the process of barbequing and discussing various techniques, recipes and other information relevant to the art of barbequing.

   
Beta Alpha Psi  

Beta Alpha Psi is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field. This includes promoting the study and practice of accounting, finance and information systems; providing opportunities for self-development, service and association among members and practicing professionals, and encouraging a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility

   
Beta Gamma Sigma

Beta Gamma Sigma is the honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International.

 
Black Student Association

This organization is devoted to uniting, encouraging, inspiring, and uplifting the Black student population by creating an environment that will cultivate a vision of an institution that: Embraces Black culture; Promotes communication between the university administration, faculty, staff, and the Black student community; Discourages and chastises institutional or individual acts of racism; and emphasizes community awareness.

   
Board Club  

The Board Club will promote a positive environment, both on and off campus, where members can enjoy and participate in board activities and events with each other. We will promote growth and learning in a diverse range of board sports including but not limited to: skateboarding, longboarding, surfing, skimboarding, wakeboarding, wakeskating, snowboarding, snowskating, kiteboarding, and more.

 
Bulls on Bikes  

For those who like riding bikes to class or all over St. Petersburg for whatever purpose, for a greener world, to save money, and to have fun.

   

Bulls Pride at USFSP

To promote school spirit, a sense of belonging among university students and the surrounding community, and support Bulls Athletics.

 

Bulls Reaching Out

Bulls Reaching Out is a community service and professional development organization. We have the motto, "Students today, Leaders tomorrow".  The knowledge and networking we gain today through community service and experience will be beneficial to us as we pursue our careers in the future.  Our focus is improving the community and campus and helping those in need, while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun along the way.

 
Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC)

The purpose of CCC is to encourage interested students to consider the merit, worth and value of Christianity and provide ongoing programs for spiritual, character and leadership development through educational talks, small group Bible studies, conferences, retreats and weekly meetings.

 
Campus Women's Collective

The CWC serves as a support group, a networking opportunity, a resource-sharing base and advocacy group as well as a consciousness-raising effort. We provide resources and referrals for women in the university community; act as an advocate for women in the university community; keep women informed on current issues, sponsor cultural and educational events relevant to women; and engage in consciousness raising on issues relevant to women.

 
Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM)

The Catholic Campus Ministry encourages interested students to consider the merit, value, truth and relevance of the orthodox Roman Catholic faith through ongoing programs for spiritual, character, educational and leadership development. These programs may include educational talks, small group studies of the Bible, Catechism and church documents; and attending conferences, retreats, weekly meetings and liturgical celebrations. As an outward expression of inward beliefs there will be programs directed to the outreach of our community.

 
Chess Club

The USF St. Pete Chess club aims to provide an opportunity for students to play chess, learn the game, practice their skills, compete, and meet other chess players.

 
Circle K International at USFSP

Circle K is a service leadership program of Kiwanis International.  Circle K International is the largest collegiate service organization and leadership development program in the world.

 
Coalition for a Sustainable Campus at USFSP

The Coalition for a Sustainable Campus facilitates collaboration between all persons and organizations within the USF St. Petersburg Community for the purpose of fostering a sustainable, enjoyable campus.

 
College Republicans at USFSP

The purpose of our organization will be to organize, educate and mobilize students on behalf of the Republican Party.  By achieving this, we increase civic awareness on campus and allow students to get directly involved in the political process.

 
Criminology Student Association (CSA)

The purpose of the Criminology Student Association is to offer students interested in criminology and criminal justice opportunities to learn more about working in the field.

 
Debate Team

The Debate Team allows students to compete in Debate tournaments around the country, and develop critical thinking, researching and public speaking skills.

 
Drama Club

The Drama Club welcomes all students who wish to enrich their lives through experiencing the different opportunities associated with theatre and dramatic arts. 

 
Extreme Dodgeball Club

The mission of the Extreme Dodgeball Club is to create a fun and competitive environment for the students of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Our Mission is to help promote teamwork and sportsmanship in the hope that members of this club may take the lessons learned here into their future endeavors and occupations. By joining this club one will learn what it means to rely on others. We will promote teamwork in the aspect that it is a healthy way to achieve goals that cannot be done alone.

 
Film Club

The Film Club screens films on campus that will engage and educate students as well as expose them to new ideas and philosophies though cinema. This cinema will explore multi-cultural identities and languages.

 
French Club at USFSP

This organization is devoted to helping students acquire a better understanding of French and Francophone cultures through community events, films, music, the French language, and much more. We encourage all students that are interested in French culture to get involved

 
Fondue Club

The purpose of the Fondue club is to gather members of the USFSP student body who enjoy the process of fondue-ing, trying new delicious combinations, as well as meeting new students.

 
Friendship Association of Chinese Students & Scholars (FACSS)

Our goal is to introduce Chinese culture in the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus and communities nearby, through various kinds of activities to help America understand China in an unbiased manner.  We bridge the understanding between Chinese students and American students on campus via fun-filled interclub events and assist all new Chinese students and scholars at USF St. Petersburg.

 
Gardening Club

To learn about making self sustaining farms, network and engage in small scale gardening projects.

 
Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA)

GSA is an organization dedicated to educating the community on gay history and straight-ally history. The club was established as a way to meet new people and learn about the diversity of the community, and act as a social support system for the homosexual community and their straight allies.

 
Harborside Activities Board (HAB)

Harborside Activities Board is an interest organization that plans and implements educational, cultural, and social co-curricular activities for the USF St. Petersburg campus. Student members of Harborside are responsible for choosing the entertainment that comes to campus. Harborside members also work all the events planned. Students are able to meet many talented performers by being members of Harborside.

 
Homelessness and Affordable Housing

The purpose of HAH is to increase awareness of the global, national, state and local housing situation and to actively participate in the local efforts to help those that are struggling to maintain residence in a household. The goal is to create a broader and more in depth understanding for each club member, the USF student body, and our surrounding community.

 

Intervarsity Christian Fellowship

The purpose of IVC is to build a collegiate fellowship that develops disciples of Jesus who embody biblical values and engage the campus in all its diversity with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We are inter-denominational, multi-ethnic and committed to creating a welcoming community at USF-St. Petersburg.

 
Kitesurfing at USFSP

The Kitesurfing club promotes and provides opportunities for students to learn more about the sport of kitesurfing. The club will allow students the proper instruction and help them to easily get involved with the sport.  This club will provide USFSP with national exposure as of the leading schools in the promotion of this sport.

 
Law Society at the University of South Florida Saint Petersburg

The Law Society is committed to the advancement and promotion of student interest in the law and the legal profession. Our primary objective will be to facilitate educational and career preparation opportunities for students seeking to enter occupations related to law and government, or who have an intellectual interest in the law and collateral disciplines.

 
Lead, Learn, Live

This program was established to promote leadership, student engagement and citizen scholarship for USFSP students.

 
Omicron Delta Episilon

Omicron Delta Epsilon is one of the world's largest academic honor societies.  Omicron Delta Epsilon recognizes scholastic attainment and honors outstanding achievements in economics and strives to establish closer ties between students and faculty in economics. 

 
Omicron Delta Kappa

Omicron Delta Kappa is the national leadership honor society for college students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni that recognizes and encourages superior scholarship, leadership, and exemplary character.  Membership in ODK® is a mark of the highest distinction and honor.

 
Pre-Med Society

The USF St. Petersburg Pre-Medical Society intends to provide a setting for undergraduate students to learn more about the medical field and medical programs, while providing students access to activities that benefit the student population, USF, and the community.

 
Psi Chi

Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology

 
Psychological Science Organization

The Psychological Science Organization promotes the facilitation of learning in the Psychological Sciences through research and informational Colloquia.  PSO also works to create a career and post-graduate preparatory network for psychology majors and to provide information about relevant on-campus psychology matters to non-majors.

 
Reading, Writing & Ringwraiths, the USFSP Reading Club

The purpose of Reading, Writing, and Ringwraiths (RWR) is to provide a social and creative outlet for students who love literature, language, and writing. Membership is open to all students without regard to academic achievement or field of study. This organization will work in conjunction with Sigma Tau Delta in order to provide support and encouragement for all students using the strengths of both organizations

 
Sigma Tau Delta

Sigma Tau Delta confers distinction for high achievement in English language and literature in undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies. This society fosters interest in all aspects of English, including literature, language, and writing. It recognizes members for their academic excellence, enriches their education, promotes exemplary character and good fellowship among members, helps them make career choices, and advances their careers.

 
Single Parents Supporting Single Parents

To provide opportunities to meet other single parents who are experiencing the challenges and successes of raising children while pursuing our academic goals.

 
Student Association of Citizen Scholars

Working closely with the Center for Civic Engagement, the members apply the lessons learned in the classroom to benefit the community, state, and nation.

 
Student Business Organization (SBO)

The Student Business Organization (SBO) is a group for students committed to preparing themselves for success in the business world. Participation in SBO is designed to provide members with the critical skills required in your career that are not taught in the classroom. Through education and development, the mission of SBO is to provide members with experiences that foster business professionals.

 

Student Chapter of Environmental Professionals (SCEP)

The SCEP provides a forum for students, faculty, and staff with varied backgrounds in the environment to exchange information, ideas, and experiences.

 
Student Education Association (SEA)/Student Council for Exceptional Children

SEA is designed to meet the educational needs and desires of the student.  SEA provides students with various opportunities s to complement their formal education through activities, speakers and other events that will further extend and enrich their classroom experience.

 
Student Environmental Awareness Society

SEAS is an organization open to anyone interested in promoting awareness of environmental issues, outdoor activities, and taking steps towards a green campus, community and world.

 
Student Ethics Organization

The Student Ethics Organization primary purpose is to promote an ethical culture within USF St. Petersburg. The organization tackles the ethical issues that are faced by college students and the broader ethical issues that arise in the academic/professional fields they aspire to become a part of. We also seek to recruit members from each academic program (Marine Science, Business, Education, etc.) to talk about ethical issues within their field. Further areas of interest include the ethics and necessary responsibility of conducting meaningful academic research.

 
Student Government (SG)

The University of South Florida St. Petersburg Student Government represents the interests of the student body including coordinating activities through allocations and expenditures of Activities and Service Fees Funds. By discussing issues, concerns and ideas to help better our campus community, Student Government is the voice of the student body.

 
Students for Social Justice at USF St. Petersburg

The Students for Social Justice at USF St. Petersburg will address issues of social injustice and inspire dialogue on the USFSP campus. Issues of social injustice include diversity and inclusion on campus, discrimination in all its forms, economic injustices such as homelessness and public housing, and anti-war activities. Actions will include an organizational newsletter, panel discussions, film showings, and participation in community activism.

 
United Muslim Student Organization

The United Muslim Student Organization hopes to expand knowledge of the true Muslim faith as well as understanding the many other existing faiths. Not only this, but we hope to make a commitment and difference in our community by supporting fundraisers, participating in community service, exciting events, and overall becoming active within our society.

 
USFSP Ambassadors

The USFSP Ambassadors serve as a liaison between students and alumni to promote ongoing, strong, positive relationships by representing the Alumni Association and the University at community and university related events.

 
Vegetarian Society

This organization will encourage a healthy and positive lifestyle and provide an outlet for networking among students.

 
Young Democrats at USFSP

To encourage young people to become active in the political process, to support the ideals off the Democratic Party at all levels of government and to provide young people with the skills and experiences they will need to lead our nation in the future.
