Three ways to make an appointment:

• Book an Appointment Online (preferred)

  Note: To book an online appointment you must register with the TutorTrac system at the Academic Success Center. If you never signed in on the ASC computer, please visit us at TER 301 or email academicsuccess@stpt.usf.edu with your information on home campus, U number, phone number, first and last name, college, major, and degree pursuing. After that, you can make an appointment from any computer (on and off campus).

  Booking online for the first time?

  If you are in the TutorTrac system at the ASC, enter your U number (without the U) as you do when logging in at the ASC. Leave the "Password" field blank and press LOGIN. When your student ID is recognized you will be prompted to create a web user name and password*. This will allow you to login and book appointments from any computer. Additionally, once created, a web username can be used instead of a U number when logging in and out at the ASC. Once the web username and password are accepted you will be directed to your main page. From this page you will be able to schedule an appointment by clicking "Make Appointment" under the Go To drop down at the top of the page. If any questions arise or problems occur please call us at 873-4632 or send us an email.

  *Passwords must contain at least one alpha and one numeric digit.
